Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the product industrialization process from initial assessment of formulas to creating procedures, reviewing plant trials, training and optimizing the process parameters.
  • Support manufacturing through production troubleshooting and product quality deviation investigations.
  • Participate in new technologies implementation or transfer and support manufacturing processes improvement by taking part of the design phase, ensuring safe process systems of work, leading the qualification and validation of the processes and systems, training and preparing the SOPs.
  • Initiate and lead product and process optimization projects to improve the production yield & productivity and reduce the process complexity.
  • Interface between Research and Development (Flavorists, R&T Innovation), Supply Chain (Customer service, Production, Planning and Procurement), Quality, Engineering, Sales & Marketing and contractors / suppliers.
  • Ensure and proactively support process safety and food safety initiatives and compliance to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • B.Sc or M.Sc in Food Science / Food Technology / Biotechnology required.Work Experience in years:  4 years
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, curious with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and negotiate with internal customers.
  • Proven track of team management.
  • Experience with running pilot equipment.
  • Strong knowledge in micro encapsulation technologies is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in processed flavours (Maillard & enzymatic reactions) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in spray drying processes is a plus.5 days work week 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri
