Responsibilities
  • Responsible for administrative team in the section.
  • Participates in business process group efforts to collect and analyse metrics.
  • Participates in root cause analysis in order to recommend process enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity.
  • Documentation of process matrix and work flows
  • Identifying issues and risks
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows 
  • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
  • Competent with MS Office
